Terms of Use

These terms apply to bookeddemo.com and the BookedDemo app at app.bookeddemo.com. BookedDemo is in private alpha, so they are short. By using the website or the app, you agree to them.

The service

BookedDemo checks public demo, contact-sales, quote, and trial routes on B2B SaaS websites as an outside buyer and keeps the evidence. A report states what was observed in the checks that ran, in the buyer contexts and channels they covered, and where that view stopped. It is not a statement about every visitor, and it makes no claim about systems BookedDemo cannot see, such as a CRM, lead routing, or revenue.

Private alpha

Access to the app is by approval. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn while BookedDemo is in private alpha. The service is provided as is, with no uptime commitment or service levels.

Checks that submit

By default, a check stops before it submits a form, books a meeting, or creates an account. A check goes further only with the website owner's approval and a test identity agreed for it.

Your account

Give accurate account details and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. We may suspend or remove access that is misused or that puts other people or systems at risk.

Acceptable use

• Ask BookedDemo to check only websites you operate or are authorized to have checked.
• Do not use BookedDemo to break the law, to reach non-public systems, or to overload or disrupt any website.
• Do not try to access other workspaces or interfere with the service.

Paid work

Any paid engagement is agreed separately in writing. That agreement sets its scope, price, and payment terms.

Your information

You keep your rights in the information you give us. We use it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. A report you share by public link can be viewed by anyone who has the link until the share is revoked.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
